  • To match your request with one independent local fence professional and share your request details with that professional so they can contact you with a quote;
  • To classify requests for our own service-quality measurement — for example, whether a request is a commercial installation, a residential request we keep on file without routing, or a service request outside this site's scope;
  • To communicate with you about your request (for example, a confirmation, an update if no professional can take the project, or a follow-up asking whether the professional contacted you);

How your information is shared

With the matched fence professional. The core of this service: when you submit a request, we share your name, contact details, and project details with one independent local fence professional so they can quote your project. That professional is independent of us and uses your information under their own practices to contact you and perform any work you hire them for.

Residential requests. If you identify your property type as residential, your request is stored by us for measurement purposes and is not shared with a fence professional through this service.

With service providers. We use a small number of vendors to run this site (hosting, email delivery, and security), who process information only as needed to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers, and we do not share it with multiple contractors for bidding unless you ask us to.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others.

Calls, texts, and emails

By submitting a form, you agree that we and the matched fence professional may contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email, including with automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out of texts, tell us on a call, or email us at leads@birminghamcommercialfence.com to opt out of further contact about a request.

Data retention and security

We keep request records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, follow up on requests, and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website can guarantee absolute security.
